After gaining 40 pounds in the first two quarters of college, I have experienced low self-esteem, health problems, low energy, excess body fat, I am always tired and depressed. I just want to be healthy again so I want to share with you guys my journey to be healthy in college. I also want to get my self-esteem back!!
